Grow Your Business Armadale

Business Development Program

Grow Your Business is aimed at providing businesses with the tools to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment. This series of in-person workshops are being delivered by the Small Business Development Corporation, specifically for businesses located in the City of Armadale.  

This free program is a great opportunity for business owners to help focus their energy where they will get the best results and empower them to improve performance.  These workshops are subsidised by the State Government through the Small Business Development Corporation and the City of Armadale.

How to Get Stuff Done

There are many reasons why business owners may struggle to get into a productivity groove such as feeling lost and overwhelmed or transitioning from being an employee to being your own boss. This workshop will look to identify these productivity obstacles and how you can successfully plan to address them to build a successful business.

This topic covers:
  • Business and productivity obstacles and how to overcome them

  • Tips and tricks that will help you be more productive

  • Creating an easy to follow action plan

  • Key tools and programs that can assist you in getting stuff done

This workshop is for business owners in the City of Armadale who are looking to become more productive by overcoming procrastination and learning to multi task to achieve business goals.

The facilitator of this topic, Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) is dedicated to helping small business owners thrive through expert advice, hands-on workshops and building a community of like-minded people.
