The City of Armadale acknowledge the Traditional Owners and the Custodians of the land upon which we stand, work and play.
We acknowledge Aboriginal people as the First Peoples of this land and their connection to the lands and the waters, as they are part of them spiritually and culturally.
We acknowledge their ancestors, the Elders past and present, who have led the way for us to follow.

Armadale is not just where I live and work but where I create, showcase and teach my artwork.
The City of Armadale has given me the space to dream, create, and share. It is where my partner Pete and I have established our business Creative Soul Sessions using Armadale as the backdrop in our story, and for that, I am endlessly grateful.
What makes this City special to you?
Armadale is not just where I live and work but where I create, showcase and teach my artwork. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey has been engaging with the community through art. With our thriving art school teaching young people from 5 years -17 years, adult workshops as well as teaching workshops at local schools, community groups as well as wall murals it has allowed me to share my passion for all things creative.
Any hidden gems or favourite places you would recommend?
Armadale has so many awesome places to visit that you can find tucked away. Of course, being the owner operator of a little art studio that I have been told is like walking into Narnia’s Wardrobe I would have to say my favourite place is Creative Soul Sessions. Apart from my obvious bias there, I would have to say somewhere to celebrate something extra special, just for the adults and right on our doorstep is The Steak House in Piara Waters which offers a beautiful place to really relax in 5-star dining while enjoying the amazing food and wine on offer.
