The Rates team will customise a payment package specifically for you and review your plan every year, ensuring you never fall behind.

This payment plan also provides residents with the opportunity to choose the frequency of their payment, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

A Smarter Way to Pay is designed to be an ongoing arrangement, it is fee free and interest free, due to this cancellation fees apply if cancelled within the first 2 years and generally only one arrangement is offered per property.

It is by far the most cost effective option for those looking to find a more budget friendly payment system, you just set and forget!
