Civil Design, Water Management and Landscape Works

When required as a WAPC condition of subdivision, developers must ensure that they obtain the correct endorsements of civil works, landscaping works and water management strategies prior to commencement of any works on site.
Applicants are required to submit plans and documents to the City for review with the appropriate application form and supporting documentation below.
