The drainage levy contribution.
To meet drainage requirements prior to occupation of the development, the developer/owner shall, to the specifications and satisfaction of the Executive Director Technical Services, pay a ‘Drainage Levy Contribution’ in accordance with Clause 2.1 of Schedule 9A (Development Contribution Plan No. 2) in Town Planning Scheme and Local Planning Strategy (2016).
The current contribution rate is $2.94 per m2 (GST free). Please liaise with the City’s Subdivision team regarding payment.
This Drainage Levy is applicable to properties within the Armadale City Centre Drainage Development Area.
