Review specific annual Audits for Development Contribution Plan No. 3 and Development Contribution Plan No. 4.
In accordance with the monitoring and reporting requirements set out in the Western Australian Planning Commission’s State Planning Policy 3.6 – Infrastructure Contributions, the DCP administrator is required to prepare an audited annual statement of accounts for each Development Contribution Area reserve account.
The City has proactively undertaken annual audits of the DCP No.3 reserve accounts since the DCP provisionally began operation in 2006. A list of the audit details and dates is provided below.
* Amendment No. 12 to the City of Armadale Town Planning No.4 to introduce DCP No.3 was gazetted on 23 January 2007. Following gazettal, a combined audit was undertaken spanning the previous years whilst the DCP was operating on an interim basis together with the 2007/2008 financial year period.
