The City has a long and proud track record of managing DCPs in a responsible and transparent manner. Best practice management has been achieved through ongoing annual Infrastructure Cost Schedule reviews which are advertised publicly, and regularly amending the DCP provisions in Town Planning Scheme No. 4 to account for changing circumstances as the development of the area has evolved. It is noted that Amendments to the TPS 4 are also publicly advertised and require the consideration and approval of the Western Australian Planning Commission and the Minister for Planning.
The Scheme Amendment reports to Council are available on the City's website.
