Stockland developer works - Construction information for residents
Location: 1.4 kilometre stretch of Forrest Road, from Wollaston Avenue to Eleventh Road
Dates: Works will run for 13 months, set to be completed late 2025
Contractors: TRACC Civil has been appointed as the delivery contractor for the upgrade. The highly experienced team will be on site Monday to Saturday.

What it means for residents
Roadworks may cause temporary disruptions, particularly in the Riverbend village and for those travelling to schools along Eleventh Road.
Detours, slower traffic and some noise disturbances are to be expected.
These road works will provide the necessary upgrades to enable construction of the future town centre at Sienna Wood, including turning Forrest Road into a dual carriageway to ensure better road safety for users.
The widening of Forrest Road will also accommodate increased traffic volumes as we welcome new residents into the community.
