Nom! Children is a FREE community healthy eating and cooking program designed to provide parents and carers with the tools to create a positive eating experience for the whole family.

Run over four weeks each Wednesday, starting September 3rd, each 2.5-hour session includes one hour of learning through fun, interactive activities and discussion, one hour of hands-on cooking using quick, tasty and low-cost recipes, and at the end a shared meal together with your children

This program is suitable for parents and carers with children aged 0-5 years. Creche is available for your children during the session.

Places are limited and bookings are essential.
