KK Pilates is passionate about your mental and physical health. Kathy, who has a degree in Psychology and Mental Health, understands that the workshops provide an opportunity for you to unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
The low-impact exercise improves flexibility, strength, and balance by focusing on the best posture alignment, core strength, and muscular balance. Kathy Kelly Pilates provides basic and progressive Pilates mat-work in a comfortable Roleystone setting.
