Restful Waters Meditation Retreat provides people a sanctuary to deepen awareness and increase clarity through meditation, yoga and counselling services. The Vishrant Buddhist Society is the inspiration for creating Restful Waters and where they are guided by Buddhist principals and precepts to live the way of the heart, in compassionate service to others. Located in Bedfordale, Restful Waters offers meditation, yoga for all levels, dance for health and counselling for individuals and couples.
